Troy ranked in the top 11% of area Realtors for 2022, with $5.6 million in sales and 33 closed units. His hard work also landed him in the top 20% of all Realtors in the entire Upper Peninsula! With more than 9 years of experience in all aspects of real estate, he is licensed in Michigan and Wisconsin and holds the professional credentials ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement. He earned a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Administration from Northern Michigan University in 2007. In his free time, Troy is an avid golfer and serves as Vice-President of the UP Sportswriters & Sportscasters Association, sits on the Forest Park School Board, and is a play-by-play announcer for Forest Park and West Iron County high school sports on WIKB. He resides in Crystal Falls with his daughter, Kallie.
