Ready to take your business to the next level? This 27,000+ sq ft industrial facility is situated on nearly 19 acres with chain-link fencing, lighting, and asphalt surface. The office area includes a reception/lobby with main office, drivers' office plus 10 additional private offices, drivers' suites with restroom/showers, and storage/mechanical rooms. The addition has a small front office, production area, supply room, and loading docks plus ground-level overhead doors. There's a warehouse with light manufacturing space and loading docks, wood pallet factory building with crusher system, 3 metal utility sheds, canopied fuel pump station, and truck scale with concrete aprons. The shop comes equipped with 3 drive-over service pits equipped with the jacks/tooling required for lifting and servicing, capable of all service needs (transmission/rear end). Each pit has an automatic oil suction system which filters to the containment system (3,000 gal) as well as 2 plumbed-in lines for oil & grease. There is also an easy drive-over alignment pit with all jacks/tooling to service up to a 20,000 lb axle. All waste from these pits is screened and sent to the underground containment system (12x24x6) which utilizes a system that drains out water and keeps the oil, grease & mud and can easily be pumped for disposal. The building hosts a 20x75 paint booth fully equipped with the required safety features (explosion proof lighting, ventilation & filtration system).
